A 24-year-old woman at 41 weak gestational age underwent epidural anesthesia and normal vaginal delivery. After 7 days of delivery, patient referred to our hospital with severe headache, left paresthesia, and tonic-clonic seizure. During this period, the patient suffered a headache that was attributed to the epidural anesthetic. Radiologic assessments showed thrombosis at superior sagittal sinus. Cerebral Sinus Venous Thrombosis (CSVT) is a rare disease. The annual incidence is estimated to be about 5 per million, which is affected by age, sex, and areas. Pregnancy, postpartum, use of oral contraceptive and abortions are major risk factors. It is difficult to diagnose the disease from eclampsia during pregnancy and puerperium. Due to the high mortality rate of this disease, timely diagnosis and treatment should be considered. Treatment with anticoagulants should be done immediately. Fibroadenoma and phyllodes tumor are fibroepithelial lesions, thus may have similar histopathological appearance and share overlapping clinical as well as radiological features. The distinction between these two lesions is clinically important as both lesions have different management. There is substantial overlap between fibroadenomas and phyllodes tumors. We present a similar case report of a 23 years-old female patient with classical radiological features of phyllodes tumor, which turned out to be a giant type of fibroadenoma on histopathology after surgical excision. Bilateral Gonadblastoma and Dysgerminoma in an 18-Year-Old Female Patient with 46xy, Sty Gene Mutation by Schmeink CE in Womens Health Journal Background: The need for prophylactic gonadectomy in XY gonadal dysgenesis patients is well known because of the risk of malignancy . However, the timing of surgery is not prescribed and in case of an unexpected finding like a dysgerminoma the need for additional treatment is controversial. Case: A 18-year-old adolescent with a 46XY disorder of sex development (DSD) and a SRY gene mutation underwent a laparoscopic gonadectomy . Pathology showed bilateral gonadoblastoma and dysgerminoma. Additional imaging showed no metastasis. After multidisciplinary consultation, expectant management was advised.
